Shipping Policy

COSRX Pakistan delivers across Pakistan. This page explains delivery areas, timing, charges and payment.

Delivery areas

We deliver to addresses all over Pakistan.

Delivery time

Orders are delivered within 3–4 working days. Deliveries to remote areas, or during weather disruptions, strikes or peak sale periods, can occasionally take longer; if your order is delayed, we will help you track it.

Delivery charges

A flat delivery fee of Rs. 200 applies to each order, anywhere in Pakistan. The fee is shown at checkout before you place your order.

Payment: cash on delivery

Pay in cash when your order arrives. Please keep the exact amount ready (order total plus the Rs. 200 delivery fee) and check that the parcel is sealed and undamaged when you receive it.

Tracking your order

You can check your order status on our Track Your Order page using your Order ID and billing email. Your Order ID is in your order confirmation.

Address and phone number

Please enter a complete address and an active phone number at checkout so the courier can reach you.

Damaged, missing or incorrect items

If your parcel arrives damaged or an item is missing or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID and photos. See our Refund & Returns Policy for details.
