At COSRX Pakistan, we are committed to providing genuine Korean skincare products and ensuring a positive shopping experience for every customer. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are here to help.
Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before requesting a return or exchange.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange if all of the following conditions are met:
- The request is submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The product includes all original labels, seals, and accessories (if applicable).
- You provide your order number or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and product safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Opened or used skincare products.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or accidental damage after delivery.
- Products purchased during clearance, promotional, or final sale campaigns (unless received damaged or incorrect).
- Gift cards or promotional vouchers, where applicable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us process your request quickly, please include:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos of the product and packaging.
- A brief description of the issue.
Once verified, COSRX Pakistan will arrange a replacement or an appropriate resolution at no additional cost.
Refund Process
After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether your refund request has been approved.
If approved:
- Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible. If this is not available, a bank transfer may be used.
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Exchange Policy
We are happy to replace products that are:
- Damaged during delivery.
- Defective upon arrival.
- Incorrectly shipped.
Replacement products will be dispatched after your claim has been reviewed and approved.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong or damaged item, COSRX Pakistan will cover the return shipping costs.
If the return is requested for any other eligible reason, return shipping charges may be the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will instead follow the return process outlined in this policy.
