Do you deliver all over Pakistan?

Yes. We deliver to addresses all over Pakistan.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are delivered within 3–4 working days. Remote areas or busy periods can occasionally take a little longer.

How much is delivery?

A flat delivery fee of Rs. 200 applies to each order, anywhere in Pakistan. It is shown at checkout.

How can I pay?

Orders are paid by cash on delivery. You pay the courier when your order arrives.

How do I track my order?

Use our Track Your Order page with your Order ID and billing email.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, before it is processed or dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled and the return process applies.

What is your return policy?

Unused, unopened products in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos. Full details are in our Refund & Returns Policy.

Are your products original?

We source COSRX products through trusted supply channels and check orders before dispatch. Read our Product Authenticity Policy and our guide on how to identify original COSRX products.

Are you the official COSRX brand?

No. We are not the COSRX brand owner or manufacturer. COSRX Pakistan is an authorized online distributor of COSRX in Pakistan (Authorization Code: COS-A-173047), operated by COSRX Pakistan (SMC-Private) Limited.

Which COSRX product should I start with?
