About us

COSRX Pakistan is an authorized online distributor of COSRX skincare products in Pakistan (Authorization Code: COS-A-173047), operated by COSRX Pakistan (SMC-Private) Limited and based in Lahore. We are not the COSRX brand owner or manufacturer. COSRX is a registered trademark.

Products and information

We aim to describe products accurately. Manufacturers may update packaging, labels or formulas without notice, so the product you receive may look slightly different from website images. Product information is general and is not medical advice; patch test new products and consult a doctor for skin conditions.

Prices

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices and offers may change without notice. The price that applies is the one shown at checkout when you place your order.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may contact you to confirm it. We may cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if there is a clear pricing error, or if we cannot reach you to confirm delivery details. If we cancel, you will not be charged.

Payment

Orders are paid by cash on delivery.

Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan for a flat fee of Rs. 200 per order, usually within 3–4 working days. See our Shipping Policy.

Do not misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, or copy its content for commercial use without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the website or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the laws of Pakistan.
